Thank you for visiting my site, I hope you find it informative and enlightening. I studied painting, drawing and architectural rendering at Kansas State University where I obtained my B.A. degree. I subsequently studied privately with a number of noted artists including Tony Couch, Don Andrews, Frank Webb and Robert E. Wood. I have taught classes for many years in local art academies and various art associations. I have also offered workshops throughout the United States. My paintings have been exhibited in juried shows nationwide and have won a number of awards, most recently at the Salmagundi Club Open Exhibition in New York City. I have had a number of one-man shows including a show in Tokyo, Japan in 1994. I am a past President of the New Mexico Watercolor Society and I have an instructional video available on "Working With Abstract Underpaintings." My paintings have been selected by the Easter Seal Society for use as their official Christmas and greeting cards and my art work has been featured both on the cover and in various national magazines.
